All our fish are freshly carved by Ed Kuhn, who lives here on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. He carves hard pine and torches the fish to bring out the grain. All natural grains and knots become part of the unique character of each fish.

Next, Ed hand-paints the fish, finishing them with three coats of bees wax to give them that "fresh out of the water" appearance.
