We do accept major credit cards in person, online or over the phone.
We do accept returns for defective/damaged merchandise, and exchanges for wrong size/color/etc.
Our in-person and office hours are generally:
* 1st weekend of April through Memorial Day weekend: Friday and Saturday only, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
* After Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
* September through the third weekend in December: Friday and Saturday only, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
* 1st three weekends in December: Christmas Tree Village hours are 4:00 - 7:00 pm
* After the third weekend in December throughout March: The museum is closed; the store is available online (and by appointment); the office is staffed and available by appointment.
